Showcasing Chirec’s 30-year old legacy through various brand collaterals

Background

CHIREC International School is the new age institution that set a benchmark for holistic learning in the state of Telangana. Since its inception, the school has come a long way and is ranked number one among the State co-ed day schools. It also features in the list of top 10 Indian educational institutions for both National and International curricula. The School, over the last three decades, has not only worked towards empowering the learner’s community by imparting skills, but it has also encouraged the enterprising ability in every student the meet ever-changing global challenges without compromising on values.

Problem

To celebrate 30 glorious years in education, CHIREC International School has planned an array of activities throughout the academic year 2018-2019, engaging all the stakeholders. Year-round festivities and events are planned across all 3 branches – the main campus in Kondapur and pre-primary campuses in Jubilee Hills and Gachibowli. The responsibility of creating their marketing collaterals for the forthcoming celebrations fell into our hands. This included publicity collaterals for the Founder’s Day celebration & the summer camp, paper advertisements, table top calendar, invites, standees, road medians, prospectus, brochure and a coffee table book. For the grand finalé event, there are a few more collaterals and a corporate film to be showcased.

Solution

Prior to the activation, a thorough research went behind the varied engaging communication that should focus each activity and event, aptly reflecting the 30-years legacy of the institution. Celebrations began with the Chirec Carnival in Kondapur Campus held in the month of March. This was followed by a nine-day long Summer Camp in April, alumni meet and the grand Founder’s Day event in the month of October, that was graced by the Hon`ble Vice President of India – Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu. We conceptualized, designed and created their event collaterals, print ads and other promotional materials.

The aesthetically designed coffee table book focuses on the milestones that Chirec has successfully achieved over the last 3 decades. Sensibly shot corporate film strategically builds up Chirec’s legacy story and narrates how over the years the school has transformed itself into a premiere educational institution and has changed the face of Indian education.

Result

All branding collaterals successfully projected Chirec’s deep commitment towards its high ideals and its true promise to continually evolve, grow its legacy and raise the bar higher.
